I love how you used technology and nature in the same shot. Especially since the drive is so clean. Superb work!

P.S. Where do I get one of these clocks.

Did you make the hard drive clock, or just the arrangement? It doesn't seem like it uses the platter or any of the mechanical components to any purpose other than 'being there', which is a shame.

Can't fault you if that's just the product of someone else though, haha, good composition for it certainly.

Very nice... but the reflection of the snail and the butterfly are just copies of the images and not actual reflections, and the snail reflection/copy is closer to the end of the clock hand than the snail being 'reflected'.
Sorry, that's what jumped out at me when I first looked at the pic...

True. Would be supremely hard to design an absolute accurate reflection though. Guess that now that this got DD I could enhance the image a bit.

I would! You wouldn't have to be absolutely accurate though. As long as the snail reflection is at approximately the same distance from the end of the clock hand (and of the same dimensions) you could use a photo-ref of the reverse-side of a snail. As long as it's not exactly the same image as the reflection you could get away with it. ^_^
